Ownership
The code is yours
Sources, access and infrastructure are on your side from the first milestone. No lock-in, no proprietary format.
Company
Zorglon brings together software engineering, applied artificial intelligence and operations monitoring. One team, from scoping to production.
01 — Why Zorglon exists
We have seen too many companies pay for a tool they only half use, stack subscriptions, copy data by hand and discover outages through their own customers.
Zorglon exists to take on the whole chain: understand the business, design right, deliver fast, and stay there while the system runs. That continuity is our reason to exist — and the main reason our clients stay.

France, Europe, remote: one platform, deployed where your teams are, monitored from a single place.
02 — Our commitments
Ownership
Sources, access and infrastructure are on your side from the first milestone. No lock-in, no proprietary format.
Scope
Five workshop days, a signed scope, a fixed price. Surprises are handled before coding, not after.
Measurement
Every project defines upfront what will be measured, and what will trigger a stop or accelerate decision.
Sovereignty
European hosting by default, and no data used to train a model without your written agreement.
Transparency
You talk directly to the people who design and operate your system.
Continuity
Monitoring, preventive maintenance, on-call and continuous improvement are the job, not an option.
03 — Our method
Business workshops, observation on the ground, reading of existing data. We look for what actually costs money.
Written scope, work packages, milestones, success indicators, stop criteria and a fixed budget.
Short cycles, regular demonstrations on a real environment, automated tests and continuous documentation.
Monitoring, preventive, corrective, continuous improvement. The system lives; we keep it alive.
04 — Working with us
Yes. We work across France and the whole of Europe — remotely when possible, on site when the business context requires it.
A five-day scoping workshop can already produce a very useful costed plan. Development projects then start with a thirty-day pilot.
Systematic confidentiality agreement, access compartmentalisation, intervention logging and, on request, deletion of any copy of your data at the end of the engagement.
Yes — it is a significant part of our work. We start with an honest audit: what should be kept, what should be rewritten, and what that would really cost.
Thirty minutes are enough to identify whether — and where — AI, software or monitoring can save your organisation money.
