The Zorglon brand, logo, texts, diagrams and interfaces are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
This does not apply to the software we build for our clients: source code, access and infrastructure belong to them, as set out in our contracts.

05Personal data
Data controller: Zorglon (Jean-François Vidmar). We only collect what is needed to answer you.
Purposes: answering requests sent through the contact form, managing the business relationship, and sending the technical letter to subscribers.
Retention: thirty-six months from the last contact for business enquiries; until unsubscription for the technical letter.
Recipients: Zorglon only. No resale, no transfer outside the European Union, and no data used to train an artificial intelligence model.
Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by email to contact@zorglon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
06Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and sends no data to ad networks.
Audience measurement uses Matomo configured without cookies and honouring the Do Not Track header. No consent banner is therefore required: there is nothing to accept and nothing to refuse.
No third-party content (remote fonts, embedded video, social networks) is loaded from this site.
The connection address is used only to place the visit approximately — country, region and city — in our analytics interface, and is truncated before storage: it is never kept in clear text, reused, or matched against a browsing profile.
City matching relies on the free DB-IP City Lite database, published by DB-IP.com under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0).

Information published on this site is provided in good faith. It does not constitute a contractual commitment: only signed quotes, proposals and contracts bind Zorglon.

Our work is described by nature and by result, without client names. Published testimonials are anonymised, with the agreement of the people concerned.
